Growing up watching the Western movies in Korea made me have two dreams: To ride a horse and get married to a Cowboy. Shortly after I turned 15, my family immigrated to US, the Promised Land. I was thrilled to see my dreams come true. To my surprise, all the cowboys I saw were not like the movie actors. Short, dark, and ... God was and still is amazing! First God had to help me see something... Someone better than a cowboy. I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior and was baptized on Oct. 22. It was a wonderful day I never can forget! Then He led me with miracles after miracles. I attended Pacific Union College and was introduced to the mission service. My life purpose and perspective changed on my first (ADRA) mission trip to Thailand for six weeks. There I met my husband (though we didn't know that we would end up together 10+ years later). My "cowboy" enjoys doing mission trips with me and I am currently working as a Guest Teacher in Northern California counties. My mission experiences in Marshall islands, Mexico, Peru, Thailand, and Bangladesh are the "meat" on my plate called Life.
